As you continue to come away with me you will surely be overwhelmed. You will be overwhelmed with my goodness and with the joy of my glory. The things you have seen in the past are but small in comparison to the fullness I have yet to show you. To some of you these words sound like an empty promise, but to those who have already tasted my goodness your heart hears, sees, and feels the hope within you, calling you to experience deeper and deeper waters. There is no way you could ever completely define me. There is no way you would ever completely understand me. In many ways I am a great mystery to you, hidden deep beyond what you are able to comprehend, explain, or imagine. There are many worlds yet undiscovered, and many places, realities, and realms still undiscovered for you. (2)
In the smallness of your mind, and in your frail humanity you presume I am like you. You presume I will behave like you, think like you, and behave like you. But you presume these things because you do not know. You do not know me, and you do not know my ways, you do not know your limits, and you do not know the greater context of it all. Instead you only know yourselves, your human ways, and your infinitesimal world. (3)
Once again I invite you to come away with me. I am inviting you to come to know me, for knowing me will be your greatest reward. I am the greatest treasure you could ever discover. While the simplicity of this truth is a stumbling block to some individuals, those who have already smelled the fragrance, experienced the territory, or observed samples of the expanse of creation will have an appreciation of what this means, because you will have a better context to appreciate who I am. (4)
As I continue to wait patiently for you to come, make every effort not to delay. Work to dismantle all the busyness in your life. Work to reduce the clutter. Work to eliminate the noise, chatter, and distraction. All that is not essential, yet so ever-present day after day, serves only to hinder and delay you from the joy and the reward awaiting you, which is beyond measure, and beyond your comprehension.
You will reap according to the seeds you have taken the time to sow. So ask yourself this day, “Where am I sowing seeds?”. For surely you will reap according to what you have sown, so take inventory this day to assess what you will certainly reap. Consider these words, consider your life, and consider what is before you as you choose wisely. Choose the path of love, though it will be costly. Choose the path of life, though it will look cumbersome and confusing to you at times. Say yes to my plans, purposes, and timing for you will surely reap a large bounty. (5)
Even though it seems like your reward will never come, I am telling you today it will seem like the blink of an eye upon its arrival.
