The Father Who Gives Good Things To His Children

In the past I have spoken to you regarding specifics, and you have embraced, adopted and implemented them. You heard my voice and even though you did not understand its meaning, you followed my instructions. Let me assure you, you will reap the rewards for doing so. You will receive the full recompense for your obedience, for making the choice to walk the walk of faith. Do not allow minor setbacks to discourage you, but continue to make strides knowing you are not only doing the right thing, but doing so in the right manner, and doing so because you have heard from me.

For I see your heart, and the issues you grapple with. I see your doubt, and the way you sometimes feel conflicted to do the right thing. I see how you are so hungry for greater experiences, and so hungry for greater encounters. I see your weakness, and your failures, and I love you just the same. My love and acceptance for you does not waver and does not change. My fellowship with you and for you is perfect and eternal, for you were created for love, for relationship, for fellowship, not only mere accomplishment. (1)

So in this knowledge, do not let your heart grow weary. Know that the tears of frustration you cry are so real, genuine, and precious to me. I collect your tears, and keep record of each of them. I do not take it lightly your willingness to endure and persevere in spite of the difficulties you are forced to confront. (2)

In spite of these things, know you are blessed. Know I am with you. Know I love you and accept you totally and completely. Know the good things you desire will be made available to you in every way, for I will satisfy and fulfill you like no other. I will sit you at my table, and you will dine on my delicacies and will eat and be satisfied. You will be left wanting nothing. You will be more content and happy than you ever thought was possible, for I am the father who gives good things to his children. (3)
