Though dark and uncertain, know I am with you in all things. Though the horizon looks ominous, full of the unknown, trust in me, for I am guiding you through the storms, into the realms and experiences you need in order to grow and advance. Trust in me, for there will be many occasions in which I will not lead you around the storms, but through them. Follow my spirit, for I will speak to you and guide you, and I will choose to move you in ways you would not choose for yourself (1).
Trust in me, in who I am, in what I am saying, and in the guidance of my spirit. For I will make it clear and plain to you. I will make it simple for you, and you will draw your heart’s affections close to me. In the midst of these difficulties you will discard what is not essential. In the difficulties of the storms you will no longer continue to hold on to what is irrelevant, though it seemed so important in the past. Understand part of what will be accomplished in the storms will be a reframing and shaping of your paradigm, so you will more closely value what I value (2).
In this reshaping of your paradigm you will find a simpler life. You will discover a simpler way of being. You will encounter fresh angles and fresh perspectives for your present circumstances, and as a result you will judge and assess things very differently. Know while your present setting may be unpleasant, and may introduce stress you feel you cannot bear, all these things are fleeting, in comparison to the glory being revealed (3).
For there is a greater glory manifesting in you, consistently over the course of time, as you engage with me, and continue to walk in the union of our fellowship together in all things (4).
