Together We Will Overcome All These Great And Terrible Things

In this moment of this day I am awakening new inspiration within you. And though it is new, it will be known to you. For I am calling you to pick up your mat and walk. I am calling you to revisit the failures of your past, the things that have limited you, the obstacles that seemed impossible to you, and revisit them (1).

I am calling you to once again face these obstacles and determine in your heart not to give up, but to face them knowing I am with you, and knowing I will give you strength, strategy, and insights to overcome them. Remember what is impossible with man is possible with God. For the foolishness of God is wiser than man’s wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man’s strength (2).

So assess your heart, and the areas in which you feel hurt, loss, or failure, and allow me to revisit these concerns. I am granting new hope, new perspective, new resolution, and new strength. All that has been stolen from you will be returned to you. All that has been broken, will be mended and repaired. All that has died will be resurrected, reborn, and will breathe again (3).

Allow me to heal the hurts, to relieve the disappointment, and smooth the broken, jagged edges. Allow me to guide and govern you through the rocky paths, through the treacherous paths, through the dangerous and painful paths. I will be your shepherd and I will guide you where you need to go, and where I want you to be. I will be your leader, and I will be your provider. I will be your source of hope and direction, but also your source of protection. Together we will overcome all these great and terrible things, and even more (4).
