Trusting In Me In Spite Of Imprecise Directions

When you are in need, and not certain which direction to advance, or what to do, rest assured I will guide you and lead you to the answers you need. I will show you the way, the path, the direction, and the timing. Be aware of where you are and what I am saying and impressing upon you, but also be confident. Be confident the troubles of this day will not remain, for your answer is near. The troubles of this day will eventually pass, and you will be remain in a state of joy and peace more fully and completely than you otherwise would have presumed or imagined. (1)

For my spirit will guide you, but will often do so in an imprecise manner. You desire specifics, directions, and details but many times I will move you into a general direction, in a vague, mysterious, and ambiguous manner. The end result will work itself out by due process as you see my hand at work in the midst of growth and development. So do not worry if you cannot understand everything in the moment of its inception. Do not worry if you don’t have all the answers. Do not be alarmed if you hear only pieces and don’t have all the details. Walk by faith knowing I am with you and I am guiding you, leaning not onto your own understanding or means of processing, but leaning on me, my spirit, my will, and my ways. (2)

I will lead you to the place your heart desires. I will lead you to the things you need, and will do so in a gentle and gradual manner. And while it will not always seem gentle in the moment of your experience, know the path you are traveling is the best path for you, and will give you what you need, as it brings the greatest of fulfillment possible, even more than you previously thought would ever happen. (3)

So do not worry about tomorrow, for each day has enough trouble of its own. Instead, rest in my heart and in my character. Rest in my plans and my overwhelming and reliable love for you, and do not worry about tomorrow. Rest in this moment as you trust in me in all things – even in delays, mysteries, confusion, and vague and ambiguous directions. (4)
