You Will See My Handiwork

Even though you have many questions set before you, though you have many things in your heart still unanswered, know I will be your source of provision in all your trials. Even though you want answers, and even though you are confused about many things, this does not diminish my love for you, nor does it diminish the plans I will work through you, for my goodness is greater than your doubt. Likewise, my plans for you are also greater than your doubt. (1)

Even though it is good for you to possess understanding, my plans and my love for you are so much greater than your understanding. Even though you do not always understand everything, and even though you have so many questions, I am inviting you to continue to persevere. I am inviting you to walk by faith, and continue despite of the answers not presenting themselves the way you want, at the time you want. (2)

I have called you to be a people who will look past what you can see with your natural eyes, and to live by faith beyond what your natural mind can understand. This lifestyle of faith is completely contrary to your natural self, to your natural world, and to the natural thinking of the day. The life of faith will require you time and time again to look past the temporary and to look to things which are eternal. Over the years you will see it come to pass time and time again, the things of this world, and the things of your natural mind, will not always line up with the things of my spirit, or with all I have for you. (3)

Some things will turn out better than you planned, and others will turn out worse than you had planned. Many times events and circumstances will produce outcomes completely differently than you had planned or presumed. Nevertheless, through them all you will see my handiwork. You will see my fingerprints spread across them all, for surely my heart to guide you will be evident to those with eyes to see, whose hearts are open to hear from me, those who have chosen to walk in the lifestyle of faith. (4)

Even though many things in this life will not make sense to you, do not worry, and do not fear. Do not allow your lack of understanding to become an obstacle in your devotion and pursuit of all I put before you. In this life there will be many twists and turns. In this life there will be much you will not be fully able to grasp, nor comprehend, so do not look to your own understanding only. Instead, continue to walk by faith, knowing I will guide you, trusting in my leadership, and believing all things are already taken care of. (5)
