Making The Best Use Of Your Time Spent Waiting

For in this season of your life, know I am not finished with you yet. Know I still have many things I desire to unfold before your eyes. There is much still ahead of you.

And though the delays are real and seem to never end, do not give up in your time of waiting and preparing. For though you feel as you are accomplishing nothing, know all these things are strategic and are working out for your good.

For the time spent waiting is working issues within your heart and character to prepare you and to refine you. For it is my desire to release you when you are ready, when your fruit is ripe, when you will be most effective. So though there is a waiting period, don’t lose sight of your vision, don’t become discouraged. Continue to let your fire burn day after day.

And as you grow in your faithfulness in little things, in days of waiting, you are preparing yourself for the day when you are able to more completely walk in the fullness of the plans I have for you.

For your gifts need time to develop. Not only does your heart and character need to be developed and refined and prepared, but so do your gifts and talents as well. And so, while in your time of waiting, make the best use of your time. Use it to prepare yourself, to gain all the experience you can. Use it to grow in love and experience in things of the day as they are set before you day by day.

For even in times of waiting and delay I am still near you. I am still close. You are never forgotten. You are never alone.
